We live in a busy and fast-paced world, and so it’s crucial that you relieve stress from time-to-time. This post will go over some habits that you should incorporate in your routine to relieve stress and anxiety.


Here’s what you can do:


1. Eat a healthy diet. Typically, when the word healthy is used, you might think of bland meals and simple, dry salads. But eating healthy meals is much more than that! 2. Practice self-care. Self-care differs from person-to-people and can range from watching your favourite show (but not done in excess) to practicing skin care. Some other things that you might want to try are doing yoga, reading a nice book, taking a bath, lighting candles, etc.


3. Minimize your phone use and screen time. This will allow you to do things that are really important to you, rather than getting warped into social media loopholes for hours! This also helps improve your sleep.


4. Spend time with friends and family. Organize family outings or friend dates! These are fun ways to socialize and bond with those closest to you in your life.

6. Procrastination induces a lot of stress, so it’s important to find ways to manage your time, and complete your to-do list.


7. Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness comes in several different forms, ranging from yoga to drawing. Try taking some time in your day to simply take a few deep breaths, knowing that you can overcome whatever is in your way!
